We Love our History
Prestville was a railway stop on the Northern Alberta railway in 1916. A one room school was built in 1928. Nick’s grandparents Mile (Mike) and Kata (Katherine) Sekulic immigrated from Lika, Croatia and homesteaded there around 1940. We have since renovated their original timber frame home and hip roof barn. It is a few miles east of our plant. Located on Highway 2 and TWP774, our present and future is a new seed cleaning and treating facility which was completed February of 2019 on land passed down from Grandpa Mike. We are hoping for a fourth generation with our 3 potential farmers!
